Premium Homemade Selection Includes Fresh Salad menu as above plus:
	Pig Out Rice Salad Ebley, French beans, peppers, fresh mushrooms, mange tout, prawns and ginger all in a tasty dressing.		Tuna Salad Pasta shells with tuna and sweetcorn, marinated in homemade seafood dressing with lemon twists.
	Pig Out Penne Salad Pasta quills with spicy beans in an Italian tomato dressing.		Potato Salad New potatoes with red onion smothered in cottage cheese.
	Midnight Salad Carrot, sultanas, pine nuts and pineapple in a delicious dressing		Pig Out’s Celery, Nut Apple & Sultana Salad
	Quartered tomatoes topped with Feta cheese and fresh basil
A selection or all of the above £4.00 per head (minimum order 50 salads)
