White chocolate and raspberry torte White chocolate mousse swirled with raspberry glaze set on chocolate sponge base finished with a profiterole and chocolate ganache	£3.50 pp
Black forest bavarian cream Chocolate sponge base with black cherrys chocolate mousse and kirsch syrup	£3.50 pp
Amaretti tramontana Amaretti biscuit and butter base with chocolate and raisin mousse finished with crushed amaretti	£3.50 pp
Chocolate fudge malt Chocolate sponge base topped with chocolate malt bavarois	£3.20 pp
Chocolate torte A light chocolate mousse on a chocolate sponge base, dusted with cocoa powder. Available with the addition of rum, brandy or cointreau syrup	£3.50 pp
Cardinal gateau Chocolate sponge base with a reapberry chocolate parfait, whole raspberries through middle finished with a raspberry mirror glaze	£3.80 pp
